Iam Yoga is a 6,000 square foot Yoga Studio located in downtown Toronto. They offer a wide range of private and group classes, including Hot, Hatha, Detox Flow and Ashtanga Yoga, as well as Pilates. 

There is a Nutriboutique on-site and this studio is the founder of the Blu Matter Project. Additional services include teacher training, Corporate Yoga and nutrition. The first class is free!
