Ichiban Sushi was founded in 1983 and has since expanded to 31 downtown Toronto locations. They offer authentic Japanese cuisine, as well as 28 Sushi Express locations.
Ichiban Sushi's extensive menu includes sushi, sashimi, tempura, noodles and much more. Lunch and dinner are available as well as sake, beer and wine lists.
