Founded in 1968, The School of Dance Theatre is one of Canada's leading dance companies. They internationally recognized for its passionate, intelligent contemporary dance. They give visually stunning performances and highly original collaborations with international artists.

They perform annually at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre and at the company's own Winchester St. Theatre in Cabbagetown. They have maintained a regular presence across Canada and have toured extensively in the USA, Europe and Asia.
