Description

Opened in 2007 after a need for recognition of Inuit art in Toronto, it is situated right in the heart of cultural downtown and is the only museum in Canada that is exclusively devoted to displaying Inuit art.

Truly an original display, it showcases all forms of art from sculptures to ceramics, drawings and wall hangings. They have received the Best of Canada Design Award (2007) and the Ontario Association of Architects Design Excellence Award (2008).
